Introduction

Welcome to J Bao. This unified and comprehensive document constitutes a binding legal and regulatory agreement between you (“Customer,” “User,” or “Buyer”) and NBH Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “Operator”), in its capacity as the exclusive owner and operator of the registered J Bao brand, its website www.jbaosa.com, and its associated mobile applications.

This Agreement sets out the governing framework and regulatory controls applicable to all services, commercial transactions, browsing activities, and interactions with the Platform. By accessing our Platform, creating an account, completing any purchase, or using our logistics services or physical showrooms, you acknowledge and warrant that you have read and understood this Agreement and expressly agree, without limitation or condition, to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies contained herein, in addition to the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and applicable intellectual property and consumer protection laws.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please immediately refrain from using the Platform or accessing its services.

J Bao is managed in accordance with strict corporate governance standards and provides official contact channels for customers and regulatory authorities as follows:

Warranty and Supply Policy: All products are subject to an approved local warranty and the applicable requirements of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce. Most goods and products are shipped and supplied directly from our warehouses and suppliers in the People’s Republic of China, in addition to products available locally at our showroom, to serve all cities and regions of the Kingdom.

Part One: Terms of Service

1. Registration, Eligibility, and Account Security

1.1 Eligibility to Contract

By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that your use is carried out under the supervision and approval of a legal guardian or custodian.

1.2 Account Creation

To use J Bao features, you must create a personal account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, active mobile number, and detailed delivery address.

1.3 Account Confidentiality

The Customer bears full legal and security responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and login credentials associated with the account. The Customer is deemed responsible for all activities and transactions carried out through the account.

1.4 Disclaimer Regarding Incorrect Information

J Bao and NBH Company shall not be liable for delivery errors, shipment delays, or communication failures resulting from inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

2. Product Content, Listings, and Specifications

2.1 Compliance with Applicable Laws

The Store, merchants, and partners whose products are displayed on the Platform must not publish or advertise any content or product that violates the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Islamic principles and public morals, or the intellectual property rights of third parties.

2.2 Data Transparency

We are committed to displaying comprehensive product information, including the product name, illustrative images and videos, price in Saudi Riyals including tax, technical specifications, and details of the available warranty.

2.3 Monitoring and Modification Rights

J Bao reserves the exclusive right to review, modify, or remove any product or content that violates applicable regulations or our approved quality standards, without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights and Legal Protection

3.1

All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, images, text, software interfaces, software, and marketing materials displayed on the J Bao Platform and website are the exclusive intellectual property of J Bao, NBH Company, and/or their licensors.

3.2

Platform content is protected under the intellectual property, trademark, and copyright laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as relevant international agreements.

3.3

It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, reproduce, extract, publish, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform materials for commercial or non-personal purposes without the prior, express, written approval of NBH Company.

4. Orders and International & Local Shipping Policy

4.1 Order Review

The Customer must review all information displayed in the shopping cart, including product type, quantities, total prices, delivery address, and discount vouchers, before submitting the order and completing payment.

4.2 Direct Shipping Mechanism

Most products are supplied and shipped directly from our warehouses and suppliers in the People’s Republic of China through approved international logistics and transport partners, in addition to products available locally at our showroom and warehouses in Madinah.

4.3 Order Tracking

Once a shipping waybill is issued, the Platform allows the Customer to track the shipment through the “My Orders” section in the application and website using the international tracking number and live status updates.

4.4 Delivery Timeframes

Processing and Preparation: Processing and quality inspection generally take 1 to 3 business days.
International Shipping and Final Delivery: International shipments and local delivery generally take 7 to 14 business days to all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, official holidays, or customs clearance procedures.

4.5 Order Cancellation

The Customer may cancel an order free of charge and receive a full refund if the order status is “Processing” and the Platform has not yet issued the shipping waybill or dispatched the product from the warehouse. Once the waybill has been issued and the products have been shipped, the order will be subject to the return and exchange policy after delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

The return and exchange policy is subject to the provisions of the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations.

5.1 Statutory Return Period

The Customer may request a return or exchange within a maximum period of 7 days from the shipment delivery date shown in the logistics tracking record.

5.2 Return Acceptance Conditions

The product must be in its complete original condition, sealed in its original manufacturer packaging without damage, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts. The product must not have been opened or used.

5.3 Statutory Exceptions to Returns

The Customer may not return or exchange products in the following cases:

Products manufactured or modified according to special specifications determined by the Customer.
Health-related or consumable products where opening the packaging affects public safety.
Damage or defects resulting from misuse or improper handling by the Customer.

5.4 Shipping and Return Costs

Manufacturing Defect or Fulfillment Error: If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the products sent, J Bao will bear the full shipping and return costs and will provide direct compensation or replacement.
Customer Preference: If the return or exchange is requested based on the Customer’s personal preference and there is no defect in the product, the international/local shipping and direct return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

5.5 Refund Process

Returned products are inspected at our premises in Madinah upon receipt. If the return is approved, the refundable amount will be returned through the original electronic payment method, including mada, credit card, or Apple Pay, within 7 to 14 business days, subject to the policies of the card-issuing bank.

6. Payments, Prices, and Taxes

6.1 Currency and Tax

All prices displayed on the Platform are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (15%) and applicable customs duties for international shipping.

6.2 Secure Payment Methods

Financial transactions are processed through approved, secure, and encrypted electronic payment gateways subject to the supervision of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

6.3 Price Changes

J Bao reserves the right to modify product prices or payment options at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders that were successfully completed and paid for before the effective date of the change.

7. Showroom Pickup Option

7.1

The Platform allows Customers to collect locally available products directly from the J Bao sales showroom and head office located at J Walk Boulevard in Madinah.

7.2

Direct pickup requires prior coordination through info@jbaosa.com or the available support channels. The Customer must present the digital invoice and approved order number upon arrival.

8. Coupons, Discounts, and Promotional Offers

All discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers issued by J Bao are subject to their applicable terms, conditions, and validity periods as displayed on the Platform. Coupon values cannot be redeemed for cash. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or modify any promotional offer in the event of fraudulent or unlawful use.

Part Two: Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

NBH Company, in its capacity as the Data Controller, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data relating to all visitors and users of J Bao, in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued pursuant to Royal Decree No. (M/19), and the applicable data transfer regulations.

1. Categories of Personal Data We Collect

We collect limited data in accordance with the data minimization principle, including:

Identity and Contact Data: Full name, email address, direct mobile number, and detailed delivery address.
Transaction and Financial Record Data: Purchase history, order details, and payment confirmations. Credit card information is processed by approved third-party payment service providers, and we do not copy or retain full card numbers on our servers.
Device and Automated Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and technical session identifiers used to improve performance and account security.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

We collect and process personal data for the following legitimate purposes:

Completing and confirming commercial transactions, financial processing, and shipping and delivering orders.
